Tim Curley is an associate attorney in the Firm’s real estate, municipal, and probate departments. He brings to bear extensive experience researching complex real estate titles and in proceedings before the Massachusetts Land Court and Probate Court. Tim’s personal interests in history and genealogy reflect his commitment to detail. Years of competitive hockey reflect his determination to get the job done right.
Work With Clients
Mr. Curley has substantial and diverse experience in real estate practice, including sophisticated title research and due diligence, resolution of title defects, Land Court proceedings, tax taking foreclosures, and closings. As an estate and probate attorney, he helps to develop clients’ estate plans, drafts wills and trust documents, and conducts formal and informal probates.

Mr. Curley is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Personal and Community Activities
Tim has played hockey competitively, is a snowboarder and water-skier, and has long-standing interests in history and genealogy.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, Mr. Curley earned his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk Law School.
