Senior real estate paralegal Chris Myer is a licensed attorney who brings to every task his prior experience in business administration and technology. He efficiently and expertly manages a prodigious flow of transactional work for the Firm’s many residential real estate clients. A licensed real estate broker, Chris understands what is required to bring each deal to closing and the needs of each client involved.

Mr. Myer brings a diverse industry background to Brooks and DeRensis, with extensive experience spanning entrepreneurial retail business management and operations, earlier banking management and operations and IT/Telecom experience at Tufts University and legal work. Mr. Myer has been an Attorney for over 20 years. He has experience in different aspects of law including civil litigation but has primarily been focused on real estate which includes representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers.

Personal and Community Activities
Chris grew up in Milford, Pennsylvania, attended undergraduate school in Rochester, New York and lived in New Jersey after graduating from RIT. In 1985 he moved to Boston and has remained since. Chris enjoys biking, cooking, reading, skiing, traveling, and spending time in Vermont and Pennsylvania with family and friends.

Mr. Myer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 1984 and a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1999.
