An Of Counsel attorney with nearly 50 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in tax law, Mark Raider is well-equipped to craft thoughtful estate plans for clients and to expertly administer estates when the time comes. Mark also counsels and represents businesses and individuals in real estate transactions and development projects. A Vietnam-era veteran, Mark resides in Falmouth where he enjoys the water and the attention of his children and grandchildren.

An Of Counsel attorney long affiliated with our Natick office, Mr. Raider has concentrated his practice in estate and trust administration and estate planning for nearly 50 years. Mark also has extensive experience representing purchasers, sellers, and lenders in all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate developments, and business formation.
Professional Activities
Mr. Raider is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Tax Court.
Personal and Community Activities
Mr. Raider has served the Natick community as a School Committee member (12 years, including 2 years as Chairman) and Town Meeting member (12 years). He currently lives in Falmouth and enjoys water sports and time with his children and grandchildren.

Education
Mr. Raider earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University in 1969. He then served in the United States military with training as a battlefield medic. He resumed his education in 1970 and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University in 1973. Mark also holds a Master in Taxation (LLM) degree from Boston University.
